So what are classes all about?

Basically, our classes are sweaty, silly, sexy, and super fun! 

TYGA is a high-intensity dance fitness class that will have you smiling, covered in sweat, and flooded with endorphins! Don't worry if you are unco. There are only 4 moves per track and I teach them at the start!

In class, we do it all, Boxing, squats, core and floor, and of course dance! Learn how to body roll, twerk, shake it, and burn up to 600 calories in the process!

Coffee addict and Twerk enthusiast! 

I love all things womens wellness. Dance and fitness helps me to get out of my head and feel like a Queen!  I feel like Beyonce when ever I teach a class and my mission is to build a community and space for women to feel the same.
